Leopard print

Monday, February 04, 2019

I've had a busy 2018, so busy I only managed to sew up about half of my make nine list. I did complete a whole lot of orders on Etsy though so it's not like I haven't been sewing.

As you might be able to see in my photo on the right hand side of this blog I have made myself a rainbow top! I used the Freya sewing pattern from the Tilly and the Buttons book 'Stretch". I love this pattern and have a few more in the plans!

As for the other tops I've made I'll try and get some photos. I definitely the Linden Sweatshirt is a great staple and I love the Bloomsbury blouse, I'm just not sold on the fabric I used for my first version.
In other news, I've reopened my Etsy shop and there is a whole lot of leopard print dresses available as well as my latest addition to the shop-dungaree trousers!
I've been living in my mustard dinosaur dungarees all winter as they are so comfortable and practical. Designing and making the pattern for these trousers are one of the reasons I've taken a bit of time off but I'm hoping to keep up with my digital recording of the things I make as it's always nice to look back an see some progress. Check out my shop Hello Cleo if you're interested :)
Bye for now X
